We're picking a small group
of teams to build with.
We'd rather work deeply with a few real teams than ship for an imagined market. If you're trying to operate AI agents in production today and the existing tools aren't cutting it, we want to hear from you.
Who we're looking for
Reach out if any of this sounds familiar.
You have agents in production. Not just prototypes.
Even one agent serving real customer or internal traffic is enough. We want to ground in actual signal, not synthetic data.
You've outgrown your current observability stack.
You're hand-rolling Grafana dashboards. Cobbling together LangSmith plus Datadog plus a notebook. You know per-call green doesn't equal task green, and your existing tools don't either.
You can ship a Helm chart or set two env vars.
We're early. We move fast. The ideal partner has a platform team that can pilot something new without forming a committee.
You'll tell us what's wrong.
Bluntly. Repeatedly. We need partners who'll push back, not customers who'll smile. The whole point is to build something that survives contact with reality.
The deal
What you get. What we ask for.
What you get
- Free pilot with generous limits. Full access during the design-partner program. Usage and duration set per partner so we right-size to your workload.
- Roadmap influence. Your problems get prioritized. If we're building it, you'll know why and when.
- Solutions engineering. We pair with you on integration, SLO design, and the first few drift investigations.
What we ask for
- Production traces. Real signal from at least one agent. Redacted is fine — but we need real shape, not synthetic data.
- Honest feedback, regularly. A 30-minute review every two weeks for the first quarter. Sharper if you're available; respectful of your time if you're not.
- Permission to learn. We'd love to share aggregate patterns with the broader community. Nothing identifying, and never without your sign-off.
- A logo or a quote, eventually. Only when you're proud of the outcome. We won't list you publicly until you're comfortable being listed.
How to apply
Two short conversations. No pitch deck.
Send us a note.
Two paragraphs is plenty: what you've shipped, what you're trying to figure out, and what would change if observability got dramatically better.
30-minute working call.
A founder will join. We'll show you what we have, you'll show us what you're running, and we'll figure out together if there's a fit.
Pilot in two weeks.
If we're a fit, we'll have you streaming real traces within two weeks. If we're not, we'll tell you who you should talk to instead.
